Giving Tuesday 2022

Giving Tuesday is a global celebration of generosity that encourages universal action to help create a better world by giving back in any way possible.

November 29th - December 13th, 2022

JUNTOS’ mission is to equip our Global Community with essential life skills through the exploration of individual creative expression in an immersive experience that fosters leadership skills, global awareness, self-confidence, and community-first mindsets. This Giving Tuesday, you can help us bring tools of lifelong self-empowerment to underserved communities in Latin America as we simultaneously foster leadership skills, cultural exchange and understanding, and community-first mindsets in the next generation of global creative leaders.

Our #GivingTuesday campaign runs from November 29th – December 13th, so there’s plenty of time to join us in our mission to make a meaningful international impact! This year, we are aiming to raise $11,000 USD to support our upcoming program year – including our Return to Abroad: México this upcoming January!

We are excited to announce that the JUNTOS Board will match each donation up to $3000 USD!

Create meaningful, long-lasting, international impact with JUNTOS today!

JUNTOSVirtual Global Teachers

JUNTOSVirtual Global Teachers is a unique opportunity for teachers across the US and Canada to discover JUNTOS’ teaching methods, all while building a global network of like-minded peers.

The JUNTOS pedagogy is a three-dimensional approach to teaching that prioritizes cross-cultural understanding, including in-depth education about each of our Community Alliances. This perspective emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and cultural exchange as tools of empowerment within our global community.

This live, virtual six-hour training program is spread over the course of two days, where participants will engage in workshops, lectures, and discussions that will support their learning of the JUNTOS pedagogy. We are in search of college-aged dancers and pre-professionals who aspire to broaden their proficiency as teachers, and who are passionate about creating a global impact through dance education. Upon successful completion of this training, participants will be paired up and will work together to plan, teach, and choreograph for communities abroad through a series of virtual dance and movement workshops.
