Join us to celebrate longer days, flowers in bloom, finely crafted cocktails and the success of the new JUNTOSAmbassador program! Ambassadors have been busy in New York, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Los Angeles, and here in the Bay Area, leading workshops, developing community, and laying the groundwork for continued outreach work. We can’t wait to share our stories with you, especially in such an exciting space!
St. George Spirits in Alameda, California has opened their tasting room for us to sip cocktails while we watch the sun set over the bay, the bridge, and the San Francisco skyline. The wonderful Andie Ferman at St. George will give us an introduction to the history of the distillery, a short tour of their production process, and an insight into the creative community that thrives around their unique business.
We’ll also have an update from JUNTOS Founder Joanna Poz-Molesky on the exciting progress of our 2016 programs so old friends can stay informed, and new friends can learn about how we bring dancers together with communities around the world. Performances by JUNTOS dancers will occur throughout the event as we mingle, enjoy hand-crafted cocktails, and nibble delicious snacks.
